The Euro-Asian Geophysical Society together with the Department of Exploration Geophysics of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas, the Department of Geophysics and the Oil and Gas Centre of the Moscow State University hold a seminar within the series ‘Synthesis of modern geotechnologies - the key to objective knowledge of the subsurface’.
On May 16th, 2024 at 17.00 we invite you to attend the report ‘About the ways to improve the resolution of seismic records’ as a part of this seminar.
The speaker is Dmitry Finikov, the Head of R&D Department of Seismotech, Ltd.
The talk will be about the ways of the records resolution improvement in the framework of seismic data processing. The report has a general and conceptual character. The current state of software and processing techniques for solving these problems is discussed and the directions of research and work in this area are outlined.
